Everything was excellent (nursing staff phenomenal!) The only thing that tipped it down to 'good' was the wait to get the bad - possibly a miscommunication from outpatients but was told I would be on the ward in an hour at midday :did not actually get in to bed until after 10 pm. Sitting in corridor this long with back pain was quite painful!

Only communication with outpatients above - however I appreciate you are working under very unusual conditions with great challenges and the kindness and care of all staff is spite of that is incredible... so please do not consider the above complaint! You are all amazing.
